By ordering from the website you agree to the listed terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to order

Orders can be collected or placed through the website. If you have any problems or need help ordering, please feel free to ring me (Adrian – 07508 355233). Please do not e-mail your card details to cliquemtb.com. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

  • Mailorder hours: 9.15 to 5.25 Monday to Saturday.
  • If you give us a call we can describe any goods (sizing, colours etc) and try to help you get the right thing first time.

Card Security

We accept Mastercard, Visa and its derivatives (e.g. Delta), Maestro (formerly ‘Switch’). We also accept payment via PayPal.

When placing an order, the address given must be the same as the registered with your bank or credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a daytime telephone number where we can contact you should we need any further information.

You can pay by:

  • Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Electron or Delta.
  • PayPal
  • Goods wont be sent until payment has cleared.
  • Cash on collection (This will exempt postage charge where it applies).


Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (that means no scuff, scratches, marks, dirt or any other foreign objects that weren’t there when the goods were sent) in the original packaging – and must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

To enable us to process your return efficiently please call to obtain a Returns Number which must be marked clearly on the outside of your box/packaging. This allows us to process you return quickly. Items returned to us without a returns number on the outside of the parcel will regrettably be refused.

Please write a note telling us what you would like us to (exchange/credit note/refund).

While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free.

Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering, or returning.

We thoroughly check and take photos of all orders before dispatch to ensure that the products aren’t damaged before shipping. If you receive damaged goods, please inform us immediately so that we can sort the issue.


The warranty of products is dependant on what the manufacturers specify. If you have any problems with product, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

All products and bike parts purchased from CliqueMTB.com must be installed to the manufacturers specifications for the intended purpose, and fitted by a trained and certified cycle mechanic with receipt of the labour for fitting of product.

Out of Stocks

If the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or by phone. Please always enter a daytime contact number or mobile so we can call you if we need to.

Pricing Policy

All products on Cliquemtb.com are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Cost

*Orders under the value of £100 will be charged standard rate My Hermes delivery cost.

*Orders over the value of £100 will be sent free of charge by courier, which will require signature on delivery.

Delivery Address

Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement.

Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email or phone if you wish to proceed.
